Traders Round Table

During the talk, Mr Andrew Tan, a Private Trader, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Trainer and the Vice President (Associates) in DWG, teaches participants how they can create positive passive cashflow from property investments with as low as $10,000 investment. Participants were taught how to leverage & maximize their financing and utilize their existing CPF dollars that would otherwise be neglected with less than minimal interest returns.

Andrew also emphasize on the importance of investing in real estate property given the ever hiking property prices and perpetually low mortgage interest rates.
